Karen Skolski and I will be your collaborators in doing so with a multi sensory experience that will support your journey of melding body, mind, and soul. Movement, healing of sound medicine and the fine tuning effects of the essential oils will help melt away anything you don’t want and bring out your numinous YOU.

Sound Medicine and Yoga is a 2 hour workshop that incorporates meditation, HEFY (High Energy Fusion Yoga) Gentle yoga flow, essential oils and the healing power of sound.
​The incredible Karen Skolski, sound healer of Stellar Intentions, will be joining me to bring you this amazingly invigorating workshop where you will get to experience grounding/healing/rejuvenating (all the good things!) in an exceptional way.

Please wear comfortable sportswear that you can move in freely.
Also bring your mat, socks, a towel (regular bath size), and a light sweatshirt/jacket. (if you do not have a mat, there will be mats to borrow)
