This 2 hour workshop will be challenging, but to your own level, and while it will be accompanied by essential oils to balance our energetic selves; the reset, stretch and self love you gain will leave you feeling at your highest self. In this workshop we will be focusing on the upper half of our body but will work on our body as a whole.
